Andreas Pabsch has been providing M&A and corporate finance advisory services for corporates and entrepreneurs for more than 18 years.
During this time, Andreas has advised and assisted a large number of owners in making arrangements for corporate succession, selling and acquiring businesses and parts of businesses, and securing financing.
Andreas Pabsch started his professional career in the investment banking division at Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt, where he provided advice on numerous corporate finance transactions. After that, he moved to Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie., in Cologne, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions involving businesses in the life sciences sector, especially in the fields of biotechnology and medical technology. His next position was with DB Consult GmbH, the M&A consulting arm of Deutsche Bank AG focusing on mid-sized companies, in Frankfurt, where he was involved in the sales of larger mid-sized companies across various industries. During his tenure there, Andreas has advised various German and pan-European financial investors. From 2007 to 2011 he was a partner at MCF Corporate Finance GmbH, in Hamburg. Since 2011, Andreas Pabsch has been working as an independent M&A and financial advisor for German and international clients.
Andreas holds a university degree in economics (Dipl.-Volkswirt), is accredited by the Society of Investment Professionals in Germany (DVFA) as a financial analyst, and is a certified management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade. In addition to German, his native language, he speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently.
Björn Röper has worked as an M&A and strategy consultant for 18 years. Björn has advised a large number of corporate groups and mid-sized businesses internationally on sales and acquisitions of enterprises and on strategic issues.
Björn started his professional career in 1997, at A.T. Kearney in Düsseldorf, where he was a member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice and was responsible for many strategy and M&A projects.
After moving to a new position at Droege & Comp., in Düsseldorf, in 2005, Björn has advised a large number of companies from the manufacturing industry and the pharmaceuticals sector. From 2007 to 2009 he worked as the president and head of the office of the company’s U.S. subsidiary, Droege & Comp. Inc., in New York. His activities there focused on advising services for private equity funds and on transatlantic acquisition assignments for German clients.
Between 2009 and 2012, Björn was a partner at the international M&A consulting firm of Mummert & Company Corporate Finance, specializing in transactions involving mid-sized enterprises. He successfully completed a large number of purchase and sales assignments in this position.
Björn is a graduate of the European Business School (EBS), in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany, where he earned a doctorate at the Endowed Chair for Corporate Finance and Capital Markets. In addition to German, his native language, he speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently.
Tobias Tuttlies has been working in the food industry for more than 15 years. Through his diverse activities in the FMCG area, Mr. Tuttlies has gained extensive experience in the trade of food raw materials and in the production of food products. Tobias is managing director of NIDUS - the brand incubator GmbH, an incubator for the development and promotion of functional food products.
Tobias Tuttlies grew up in Brazil and has a degree in Business Relations and International Marketing from the City University of New York (CUNY). He speaks English, Portuguese, French and Spanish fluently.
Friederike Claus has been working at BELGRANO & CO since January 2018.
She is studying Psychology & Management in the fifth semester at the International School of Management in Hamburg. For the aspired Bachelor of Science she has focused on work and organizational psychology. With this qualification, she is supporting the BELGRANO & CO team and expects to finalize her Masters studies in Summer 2021.
Friederike speaks fluent English and French.
